Debbie, like so many of us, was working a stable job that paid the bills, however not fulfilled. She was living her life under someone else’s values and culture versus living out her own. BOTH her and her husband, Randy, left 6 figure salaries to start coaching people to unlock their own potential.

When I read that, I thought...

So many people actually forego creating a New Year’s vision and setting new goals because they have failed year after year to actually achieve them.

“After the Blueprint for Success, I now write my goals in December the last two weeks and review them Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly according to the level of the goal. I have had to increase some of my goals since it is only June and some of my goals are close to being accomplished. Having a daily, monthly and yearly Goal has really helped to keep me focused. Understanding my Purpose has allowed me to learn to say yes or no to things in life. If it matches my goals and purpose I say yes! The Blueprint for Success gives me confidence! "
She goes on to say:
"Very few people have a Blueprint for Success for their life. I am grateful I have one.”
"I now have focus, purpose, confidence, and a path to my life. Some people live a lifetime and never find this, I found this at the age of 48. I wish I had this program in college. It has allowed me to find peace in my career and within my daily decisions. It has allowed me to do a job/career that I could do 7 days a week, since I love what I do.”
She was so moved by the impact of the workshop on her life, she decided she wanted to offer the same transformational experience to others.
Shortly after, Debbie was licensed as a Blueprint For Success facilitator, and started delivering BFS workshops to groups of 30-70 people. The workshop is now a strategic tool she uses as an offer in her business that builds her credibility every time she rolls out another BFS workshop.
I asked Debbie to quickly share a story or two from one of her workshops, and this is what Debbie had to say:
"After one of my workshops, a lady approached me and said she'd taken 23 personality gift tests and Blueprint for Success was better than all of them put TOGETHER. She said she'd never take another one again because BFS gave her all the answers.”
“I also had a client looking for her purpose for a few years. Frustrated for years about her path, where to go what to do, and within a few hours 90% of her answers were in front of her. Due to BFS she had two more appointments the next week to make a major decision. I believe without BFS she might have stayed on that path. The stress inside her was released. She found clarity and freedom."

But...
...I’m not going to lie...
It took Scott Fay and I hundreds of hours, thousands of dollars, and a few tears to get the transformational experience of Blueprint For Success just right. Combined, we had over 30 years of experience that we were leveraging and putting into the creation of this experience.

I decided to take a 'bulk approach', and instead of selling each individual seat like Melissa does, I sold it as a package to an event host, where i'd come in and recreate the BFS workshop experience with all of their attendees.

The workshop has become a doorway for new leads and customers that fuels the 95% of my other business as well.
That's where the magic really happens.
That's where the power of BFS begins to multiply. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the 15X so far, and I know it's going to keep making me more revenue for years to come - but it's the ability to quickly impact and transform people's lives in just ONE day using this tool, and then quickly ascend them to my other specialized offerings that is the secret power behind it.
When you account for all the back end, it turns out to be MUCH more than 15X."
