I mean, previously, this was my business building strategy (see if this resonates with you)… Here’s what I would do:
…I would work really, really, really hard. Get a client. Figure out how to serve that client. Create some content for that client then serve them.
…Then work really, really hard. Get another client, figure out how to best serve that client. Piece together some content for that client, and then serve them.
…Then work really, really hard. Fill the group, get that group going, and figure out how to serve that group. Create some new content for that group. Then serve them.
…Then work really, really hard… (and repeat the insanity).
I mean, I had no real systems in place.
I had no automation or structure. I had no idea how to truly leverage my resources and maximize my and my client's results.
And so in that moment, I decided going forward, things HAD TO change.
And so over the next 6 years I set out on a mission to create the most impactful, powerful, purposeful system to serve my clients, without having to reinvent the wheel each and every time.
A process that could serve all of my current clients AND all of my future clients as well.
I started obsessing about leverage, leverage, leverage!
